Cake Club offers support and solidarity to parents in Essex (across Southend and Rochford), as a grassroots, parent-led organisation with a focus on peer support alongside more skilled support in specific areas such as infant feeding and perinatal mental health. Weekly groups run Monday-Friday, as well as monthly weekend groups. Online support is also available.
