AND FOR THESE PURPOSES, "PARENT" INCLUDES ALL THOSE WHO ENGAGE IN PARENT-CHILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CHILDREN, WHETHER OR NOT AS THEIR NATURAL OR BIOLOGICAL PARENT.
