(A) A CRICKET GROUND OR FOR THE PURPOSE OF OTHER SPORTS APPROVED BY THE TRUSTEES OR AS AN OPEN SPACE OR RECREATION GROUND. (B) A SUNDAY SCHOOL AND CLASSROOMS, MEETING ROOMS AND LECTURE ROOMS FOR THE MEMBERS OF THE FLOWERY FIELD UNITARIAN CHURCH AND IF THE INFANTS SCHOOL SHALL CEASE TO EXIST, AS A VILLAGE HALL. (C) A LIBERAL CLUB AND, AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TRUSTEES, A YOUNG MEN'S CLUB OR OTHER SIMILAR BODY.
