OF THIS TO PROMOTE RESEARCH INTO NEUROSCIENCE AND THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION
SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE.
