THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS: THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE SOUTH WEST OF ENGLAND BY: A) ESTABLISHING PROJECT-BASED EDUCATIONAL SETTINGS DESIGNED TO PROVIDE ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THE CAPABILITIES, COMPETENCES, SKILLS AND UNDERSTANDING OF HOME-EDUCATED CHILDREN AND ‘SCHOOL REFUSERS’ AGED BETWEEN 5 AND 18. B) OFFERING OUT OF SCHOOL EXTRA CURRICULAR ACTIVITIES TO ALL CHILDREN AGED BETWEEN 5 AND 18.
