THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD:

FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OR OTHER DISADVANTAGE;

(C) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION; AND
(D) THE ADVANCEMENT OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP OR COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT FOR THE
