For the public benefit, to advance the education and training of Afghan legal professionals who have been re-settled as refugees in the UK as part of a UK government scheme such as Afghan Relocations and Assistance Policy (ARAP) or Afghan Citizens Resettlement Scheme (ACRS) and who are in need, in order to advance them in life and assist them in adapting to a new community.
