TO ADVANCE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES (ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES) AS THE TRUSTEES SEE FIT FROM TIME TO TIME, AND IN PARTICULAR, TO HELP AND SUPPORT YOUNG PEOPLE AND THOSE WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF A DISABILITY IN THE AREAS OF NORTHAMPTONSHIRE AND LEICESTERSHIRE TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND ACHIEVE THEIR POTENTIAL THROUGH: (1) THE PROMOTING/SUPPORTING OF EDUCATION, SPORT, AND ACTIVITIES WHICH DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPABILITIES AND ENABLE PARTICIPATION AND (2) SUPPORTING PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AND FACILITIES FOR SPORT, LEARNING AND LEISURE TIME DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.
