THE ADVANCEMENT AND PRESERVATION OF GOOD HEALTH AMONG YOUNG PERSONS (UP TO 18 YEARS OLD) IN THE UK AND PAKISTAN WHO MAY BE PREDIABETIC OR SUFFERING FROM DIABETIC DISORDERS AND THOSE CARING FOR SUCH PERSONS, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION AND ADVICE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING FOCUSSED ON THE PREVENTION, REHABILITATION AND SUPPORT FOR ALL IMPACTED BY DIABETES.
