We are raising funds to build a residential centre. Our consciousness-based courses are proven to rebalance, integrate and strengthen mind-body, health and wellbeing, providing a firm ground for discovering and opening each person's full potential. We have a special focus on the welfare of women and young people.

Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: 3.1 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC, BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF COURSES, WORKSHOPS, LECTURES, EVENTS, AND OTHER LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES INCLUDING RESIDENTIAL COURSES AND RETREATS ON TOPICS THAT WILL HELP ADVANCE THEM IN LIFE AND DEVELOP THEIR SKILLS, CAPACITIES AND CAPABILITIES TO ENABLE THEM TO PARTICIPATE IN SOCIETY AS MATURE AND RESPONSIBLE INDIVIDUALS; AND 3.2 TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH, PARTICULARLY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY OF WOMEN AND YOUNG PEOPLE BY PROVIDING ACTIVITIES AND HOLISTIC PROGRAMMES. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005 AND SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008.
