The Charity has been established for the advancement, for the public benefit, of the education of the public in the knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the arts of ballet, dance, music and drama and other theatrical arts. Income and property of the Charity must be applied solely to its objectives. It will make grants to The Australian Ballet, to be used only for charitable purposes.
