TO USE ADMINISTER AND MANAGE RUITON WINDMILL AS A PUBLIC HALL FOR THE BENEFIT OF RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINION INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THOSE INHABITANTS AND FOR THE LIKE BENEFIT AS A PUBLIC MUSEUM; PLEASE SEE DEED FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
