THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS THE PROMOTION OF THE MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL BEING OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND ESPECIALLY YOUNG PEOPLE IN POOR CIRCUMSTANCES RESIDENT IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE MENTAL, PHYSICAL TRAINING AND RECREATION IN SUCH MANNER AS THE COMMITTEE SHALL THINK FIT AND PROPER
