THE RELIEF OF UNEMPLOYMENT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF UKRAINE REFUGEES IN THE UK AND PERSONS IN UKRAINE WHO HAVE LOST THEIR LIVELIHOODS AS A RESULT OF THE UKRAINE CONFLICT BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND TRAINING TO UNEMPLOYED INDIVIDUALS IN CRAFT AND BUSINESS SKILLS, IN SELF-EMPLOYMENT, AND IN THE ESTABLISHMENT OF CO-OPERATIVE ENTERPRISES AND BY PROVIDING GRANT FUNDING FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE, TRAINING, PRACTICAL SUPPORT TO THOSE WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED IN FINDING EMPLOYMENT, THE PROVISION OF LAND OR BUILDINGS AT BELOW MARKET RENT, CAPITAL FUNDING FOR START-UPS, OR GRANTS TO EXISTING COMPANIES TO TAKE ON UNEMPLOYED PEOPLE AS STAFF.
