THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE HEALTH OF THOSE SUFFERING FROM AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES IN ENGLAND AND WALES BY RAISING AWARENESS OF AUTOIMMUNE DISEASES AND BY PROVIDING SIGNPOSTING, ADVICE AND INFORMATION ON THE TREATMENT OF SUCH DISEASES TO THOSE IN NEED.
