Charitable objects
TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND ADULTS WITH TYPE 1 DIABETES AND THEIR FAMILIES IN THE EAST OF ENGLAND, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: A) DELIVERING A VARIED PROGRAMME OF SUPPORT AND EDUCATIONAL EVENTS FOR THEIR WELLBEING AND TO BECOME MORE INDEPENDENT IN THE MANAGEMENT OF THEIR DIABETES; B) THE PROVISION OF RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES PROVIDED IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE, DESIGNED TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE; C) PROVIDING EDUCATION TO DIABETES HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL TO IMPROVE THE SUPPORT THEY PROVIDE FOR THOSE WITH TYPE 1 DIABETES. D) PROVIDING SUPPORT TO PARENTS AND CARERS; E) PROVIDING A FORUM TO SHARE ADVICE, INFORMATION AND ANY MATTERS OF CONCERN.
