TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN ANTIGUA AND BARBUDA AND THE WIDER CARIBBEAN AND PUPILS IN THE UNITED KINGDOM ON MATTERS RELATED TO THE HISTORY, CULTURE, SOCIETY AND LIFESTYLE OF THESE NATIONS BY THE PROVISION OF A PUPIL LETTER EXCHANGE PROGRAMME.
