FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND FINANCIAL HARDSHIP OF PET OWNERS IN BANBURY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WHO ARE UNABLE TO FEED DOMESTIC ANIMALS THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR BY THE PROVISION OF FOOD FOR DOGS, CATS AND SMALL DOMESTIC ANIMALS, TOGETHER WITH ASSISTANCE IN THE REPLACEMENT OF ESSENTIAL PET CARE ITEMS AND THE PROVISION OF PREVENTATIVE FLEA AND WORMING TREATMENT.
