THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PROMOTE AND PROTECT GOOD HEALTH OF THE PATIENTS AT THE BELL SURGERY, HENLEY-ON-THAMES BY PROVISION OF FUNDS TO PURCHASE EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES WHICH ARE NOT PROVIDED BY THE NHS AND OTHER SUPPORT TO PATIENTS INCLUDING INFORMAL HEALTH WORKSHOPS.
