(A) THE INSTITUTE SHALL BE CARRIED ON IN THE INTERESTS OF THE VILLAGE TO PROMOTE THE MUTUAL HELPFULNESS AND MENTAL AND MORAL IMPROVEMENT OF ITS MEMBERS AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF LITERATURE SCIENCE ART AND SOCIAL WORK IN BAMFORD. (B) THAT A READING ROOM SHALL BE A PERMANENT AND PROMINENT PART OF THE INSTITUTE.
