FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF DOGS WHO ARE ABANDONED, STRAY, AT RISK OF BEING EUTHANISED OR OTHERWISE IN NEED OF CARE AND ATTENTION BY RESCUING, REHABILITATING AND RE-HOMING SUCH DOGS IN THE UK AS WELL AS RAISING PUBLIC AWARENESS OF DOG WELFARE ISSUES.
