(1) THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY IS THE PROMOTION OF THE MENTAL, PHYSICAL AND SPIRITUAL WELL BEING OF YOUNG PEOPLE AND ESPECIALLY YOUNG PEOPLE IN POOR CIRCUMSTANCES RESIDENT IN THE AOB BY THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR THE MENTAL, PHYSICAL TRAINING AND RECREATION IN SUCH MANNER AS THE COMMITTEE SHALL THINK FIT AND PROPER. (2) THE LAND IDENTIFIED IN PART 1 OF THE SCHEDULE TO THIS SCHEME MUST BE RETAINED FOR THE USE FOR THE OBJECT OF THE CHARITY
