TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT IN THE SUBJECT OF WATER BASED SPORTS. 3. TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF WATER-BASED ACTIVITIES FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF THEIR LIFE.
