Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: A) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES LIVING IN THE CEREDIGION AREA AND BY EXTENSION THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS THROUGH A RANGE OF ADVOCACY AND TRAINING SERVICES AIMED AT IMPROVING THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE AND ENABLING PEOPLE TO ASSERT THEIR RIGHTS. B) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC ABOUT THE EDUCATIONAL, PHYSICAL, EMOTIONAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES AND TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES THROUGH TRAINING, WORKSHOPS AND GROUPWORK.
