Charitable objects

3.1 THE PROMOTION OF COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION IN HEALTHY RECREATION BY PROVIDING FACILITIES FOR THE PLAYING OF ATHLETICS AND OTHER SPORTS CAPABLE OF IMPROVING HEALTH (“FACILITIES” IN THIS CLAUSE MEANS LAND, BUILDINGS AND EQUIPMENT AND ORGANIZING SPORTING ACTIVITIES); AND 3.2 TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN, YOUNG PEOPLE AND OTHER PERSONS IN PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY SUPPORTING SCHOOLS AND COLLEGES TO ACHIEVE EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES WITHIN THEIR PHYSICAL EDUCATION SYLLABI.
