We have had meetings every week during last 18 months with the blind people on the Skype in Persian language, (we have some recording about ceremony meetings and Some question and answers) We have done lots of questions and answers for using VoiceOver in iPhone in the worldwide in Persian language at WhatsApp social media, Also we had some over phone

THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE RELIEF OF THOSE IN NEED AROUND THE WORLD WITH VISUAL IMPAIRMENTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: (A) THE CREATION AND PROVISION OF ACCESSIBLE TECHNOLOGY; (B) THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING IN USING SUCH ACCESSIBLE TECHNOLOGY FOR THOSE WITH VISUAL IMPAIRMENTS AND FOR THOSE WHO CREATE THEM; AND (C) RAISING AWARENESS AMONGST THE GENERAL PUBLIC ABOUT THE EDUCATIONAL, TECHNICAL, SOCIAL AND CULTURAL ASPECTS OF VISUAL IMPAIRMENT.
