B) TO PROMOTE PERFORMANCE ARTS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE AREA BY THE ESTABLISHMENT OF AN ANNUAL FESTIVAL OF TRADITIONAL AND HISTORICAL MUSIC AND DANCE AND ASSOCIATED ACTIVITIES AND C) TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENTS OF THE ARTS IN THE AREA BY THE PRESERVATION OF HISTORICAL PERFORMANCE ARTS TRADITIONS.
