We deliver inclusive, diverse workshops, performances, and cultural events in Newcastle and beyond, specialising in improvisation as a creative tool and life skill. Evidenced to improve mental health, confidence, and social connection, our work promotes lifelong learning, self-expression, and uniting communities.
