THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE PROMOTION OF HIGH STANDARDS OF PERFORMING ARTS INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE ARTS OF DRAMA, MUSIC, SINGING, SPOKEN WORD, MIME, COMEDY AND DANCE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY THE PROVISION OF PERFORMANCES IN THE PARISH OF NEWBALD AND SURROUNDING PARISHES WITHIN THE EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE.
