THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ARE FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF RESIDENTS OF ANDOVER AND THE SURROUNDING VILLAGES:- 1. TO RELIEVE POVERTY, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING FOOD AND ESSENTIAL LIVING ITEMS; 2. TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE ENVIRONMENT, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROMOTING RECYCLING TO PREVENT SUCH WASTE GOING TO LANDFILL; 3. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION BY PROVIDING COURSES IN EMPLOYABILITY; AND 4. TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY PROVIDING A POST-NATAL DEPRESSION SUPPORT GROUP.
