TO RELIEF OF POVERTY, SICKNESS, AND DISTRESS FOR THE PEOPLE IN NEED IRRESPECTIVE OF ETHNIC OR RELIGION, WHETHER THEY ARE IN BURMA, DISPLACED WITHIN BURMA, LIVING AS REFUGEES IN A REFUGEE CAMP OR A THIRD NATION BY PROVIDING GRANTS, ITEMS, AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED DIRECTLY AND/OR THROUGH CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY.
