THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE MENTAL AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH OF PARENTS AND FAMILIES WHO HAVE SUFFERED THE DEATH OF A BABY IN UTERO, AT BIRTH OR SOON AFTER BIRTH BY THE PROVISION OF MEMORY HEARTS, BOOKS AND SUCH OTHER SUPPORT AS THE TRUSTEES MAY FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
