THE PROMOTION OF EQUALITY AND DIVERSITY FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY PROVIDING EDUCATIONAL AND WORK EXPERIENCE INITIATIVES TARGETING GIRLS AND WOMEN ATTENDING SCHOOLS, COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES DESIGNED TO ADDRESS THE UNDERREPRESENTATION OF WOMEN IN THE ENGINEERING INDUSTRY. THIS WILL ALSO BE PROMOTED IN ON-LINE EVENTS, CAREER FAIRS AND OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT PROMOTES THE PROFESSION TO WOMEN, WHERE IT IS UNDERREPRESENTED. 2. TO ADVANCE EDUCATION ACROSS THE UK IN THE SUBJECT OF ENGINEERING. ACTIVITIES IN FURTHERANCE OF THIS WILL INCLUDE: A. EDUCATIONAL EVENTS IN PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOL AIMED AT, IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY FEMALES; B.
