By providing a fully dedicated Self-Care Co-ordinator, who organises a range of gentle activities that promote a healthy lifestyle. The Co-ordinator also provides practical guidance and support to members who face the challenge of managing, or recovering from ME/CFS. Other support includes monthly meetings across Dorset, twice year newsletters, updates on latest research, helpful events.
