Activities - how the charity spends its money
We run several regular groups that are free for the local community to attend, some focus on mental health, peer support for women and children's activities, we also offer open groups for anyone to attend. All our groups are founded on the five ways to well-being principles and nature connections. We also organise and deliver three annual open community events.
