THE CIRCLE IS FOR THE PROMOTION OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP, PRIMARILY IN EAST SUSSEX, THROUGH THE HOLDING OF LECTURES ON A DIVERSE RANGE OF SUBJECTS AIMED AT ENHANCING KNOWLEDGE OF THE WORLD, PAST AND PRESENT.
