Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES MUST APPLY THE INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN FURTHERING THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS: (A) TO RELIEVE POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP IN THE COMMUNITY OF OVER ALDERLEY AND BIRTLES IN CHESHIRE BY PROVIDING GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY. (B) TO ADVANCE THE CHRISTIAN RELIGION BY THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF PLACES OF WORSHIP IN THE COMMUNITY OF OVER ALDERLEY AND BIRTLES IN CHESHIRE; AND (C) FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY FUNDING THE EDUCATION OF INDIVIDUALS WHO ARE LINKED TO THE COMMUNITY OF OVER ALDERLEY AND BIRTLES IN CHESHIRE WHO MAY NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD IT.
