THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE, FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT: (1) TO PROMOTE AND PROTECT THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES AND CARERS EXPERIENCING BABY LOSS, CHILD BEREAVEMENT, EARLY-YEARS ILLNESS AND PREMATURE BIRTH; (2) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND RESEARCH INTO THE CAUSES AND OUTCOMES OF PREMATURITY, LATE PREGNANCY, NEONATAL AND EARLY-YEARS ILLNESS AND DEATH; AND (3) TO PROMOTE SOCIAL INCLUSION AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF INDIVIDUALS, FAMILIES AND CARERS EXPERIENCING BABY LOSS, CHILD BEREAVEMENT, EARLY-YEARS ILLNESS AND PREMATURE BIRTH, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY: • THE PROVISION OF SERVICES, ADVICE, GUIDANCE, INFORMATION AND SUPPORT FOR THOSE DEALING WITH PREMATURITY, SERIOUS NEWBORN ILLNESS, LATE MISCARRIAGE OR MEDICAL TERMINATION, STILLBIRTH AND NEONATAL DEATH, • RAISING AWARENESS OF ALL ASPECTS OF LATE PREGNANCY, NEONATAL AND EARLY-YEARS ILLNESS, DEATH AND BEREAVEMENT, AND • PROVIDING GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS THAT PROVIDE SUCH SERVICES, OR TO INDIVIDUALS IN FINANCIAL HARDSHIP TO ACCESS THE SAME, AND CARRY OUT RESEARCH INTO THE SAME.
