THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE THE THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONG PEOPLE LIVING OR WORKING IN THE ELECTORAL WARD OF BISLEY AND WEST END (OR OTHER SURROUNDING VILLAGES AT THE TRUSTEES DISCRETION), BY PROVIDING SUCH PERSONS WITH HYGIENE PARCELS, FOOD PARCELS AND FREE PET FOOD WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE AFFORD THROUGH LACK OF MEANS.
