THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: 1) TO PROMOTE THE RELIGIOUS AND OTHER CHARITABLE WORK OF THE CHURCH OF ENGLAND BY PROVIDING FUNDS TO HELP RESTORE, CONSERVE, MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE THE FABRIC, FURNISHINGS AND FITTINGS OF HOLY TRINITY CHURCH, SEATHWAITE; 2) THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONG PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE TOWN OF SEATHWAITE BY MAKING GRANTS OF MONEY OR PROVIDING OR PAYING FOR ITEMS OR SERVICES CALCULATED TO REDUCE THE FINANCIAL NEED OF SUCH PERSONS.
