THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN WHO ARE SOCIALLY OR ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED OVERSEAS IN SERBIA BY PROVIDING RESOURCES FOR EDUCATION SUCH AS; WHITEBOARDS, STATIONERY, TEXTBOOKS, SPORTING EQUIPMENT AND OTHER ESSENTIALS FOR A GOOD, SAFE LEARNING ENVIRONMENT; AND FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY OF ORPHANS SERBIAN ORPHANS IN THE CARE HOME SYSTEM BY PROVIDING BASIC ESSENTIALS AND MAKING SURE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN ARE MET TO THE BEST OF OUR ABILITY INCLUDING; SANITATION, CLOTHING AND ACCESS TO SPORT. NOTHING IN THIS CONSTITUTION SHALL AUTHORISE AN APPLICATION OF THE PROPERTY OF THE CIO FOR THE PURPOSES WHICH ARE NOT CHARITABLE IN ACCORDANCE WITH [SECTION 7 OF THE CHARITIES AND TRUSTEE INVESTMENT (SCOTLAND) ACT 2005] AND [SECTION 2 OF THE CHARITIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 2008].
