The Healing Hubs Charity Provides Befriending Services For Individuals Who Are Living With Disabilities, Health Or Financial Inequalities And May Be Feeling Overwhelmed, Bereaved, Or Lonely. The Befriending Services Are Provided By Scheduled Befriending Telephone Calls,Community Meeting Places And Warm Hubs. The Charity Accepts Referrals From The NHS, Adult Services And Community Organisations.
