TO PROMOTE THE WELL BEING OF THE YOUNG PEOPLE RESIDENT IN THE BENEFICIAL AREA BY ASSOCIATING ALL LOCAL ORGANISATIONS AND AGENCIES, VOLUNTARY AND STATUTORY, IN A COMMON EFFORT TO FUTHER THE SPIRITUAL, MENTAL AND PHYSICAL DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, AND ESPECIALLY TO PROVIDE FOR THEM ACCEPTABLE AND SATISFYING LEISURE-TIME ACTIVITIES.
