(B) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION AND APPRECIATION OF THE DRAMATIC AND PERFORMING ARTS, INCLUDING STAGE PERFORMANCE AND PRODUCTION, BY PROVIDING APPRENTICESHIP SCHEMES AND WORKSHOPS, AND BY PROVIDING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PEOPLE OF ALL AGES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRODUCTION OF AMATEUR PERFORMANCES, INCLUDING SCRIPT WRITING, ACTING, MUSIC PERFORMANCE AND PRODUCTION AND 'BACK STAGE' ELEMENTS OF STAGECRAFT.
