Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE TO FURTHER THE GENERAL RELIGIOUS AND CHARITABLE PURPOSES OF THE RELIGIOUS SOCIETY OF FRIENDS (QUAKERS) IN BRITAIN AND BEYOND INCLUDING BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH:
- THE PROVISION OF CONFERENCES, LECTURES AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES;
- PROVISION OF A MEETING SPACE TO ENCOURAGE PEACEFUL DISCOURSE AND CONFLICT RESOLUTION; AND
- THE HOLDING OF PRAYER MEETINGS, SPIRITUAL RETREATS AND OTHER ACTS OF WORSHIP IN LINE WITH QUAKERS PRACTICE.
