Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE: (A) FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE PROVISION AND ADVANCEMENT OF SUCH PURPOSES WHICH ARE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAWS OF ENGLAND AND WALES AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT; AND (B) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP AMONGST: (I) EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS AND FORMER EMPLOYEES OF, AND THOSE OTHERWISE CONNECTED WITH, OCU GROUP LIMITED AND ITS HOLDING COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES; AND (II) DEPENDANTS AND IMMEDIATE FAMILY OF THOSE PEOPLE NAMED IN (I) ABOVE BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES OR OF ANY OTHER SUPPORT THAT THE TRUSTEES CONSIDER APPROPRIATE IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION TO RELIEVE POVERTY OR FINANCIAL HARDSHIP.
