THE OBJECT OF THE CIO IS THE RELIEF OF FINANCIAL HARDSHIP FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT OF POOR PERSONS WHO ARE OF A MINIMUM AGE OF 50 YEARS, WITH PREFERENCE GIVEN TO PERSONS RESIDENT IN THE PARISHES OF THE AMBER VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL AREA, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ALMSHOUSE ACCOMMODATION.
