THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: (1) THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF PURTON WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS. (2) TO PROVIDE AND PROMOTE THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, HEALTH AND WELLBEING AND WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITION OF LIFE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF PURTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS.
