Charitable objects
TO ENSURE THAT IN THIS DISTRICT THE POPULATION HAS, SO FAR AS IS POSSIBLE ADEQUATE FACILITIES FOR OUTDOOR RECREATION, AND, WITH THIS END IN VIEW, TO ESTABLISH ORGANISED CO-OPERATION BETWEEN ALL SECTIONS OF THE PEOPLE TO SECURE THE PROVISION AND FULL USE OF PUBLIC PLAYING FIELDS, PLAYGROUNDS AND OTHER RECREATIONAL CENTRES, WHEREVER THE NEED FOR SUCH MAY EXIST.
