TO PROTECT AND PROMOTE GOOD MENTAL HEALTH AMONG PEOPLE WHO ARE EXPERIENCING MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS, OR THOSE WHO ARE AT RISK OF DEVELOPING MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF WEEKLY SESSIONS WHICH PROVIDE ADVICE, GUIDANCE, PEER TO PEER SUPPORT AND ACTIVITIES WHICH ARE DESIGNED TO PROMOTE GOOD MENTAL HEALTH AND RECOVERY OF THOSE IMPACTED BY MENTAL HEALTH CONDITIONS.
