Activities - how the charity spends its money
Come and sit in on one of our twice weekly sessions and see what we're about. You won't regret it. On Mondays and Thursdays we offer a peer support group. We also meet for a weekly walk and talk session.Whilst we run a twice weekly music group. All sessions are accessible to all and all abilities in any activities are catered for. We are an all inclusive, political and religious neutral group.

THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO ARE: FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, THE RELIEF OF MEN IN NEED IN WALES, WHO MAY BE EXPERIENCING OR AT RISK OF EXPERIENCING POOR MENTAL HEALTH, BY MEANS OF, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY: A. INCREASING AWARENESS OF, AND REDUCING THE STIGMA ATTACHED TO, MEN’S MENTAL HEALTH; B. PROVIDING EARLY INTERVENTION OPPORTUNITIES FOR MEN TO WORK ON THEIR MENTAL HEALTH; C. CREATING CONTENT AND EXPERIENCES THAT ENCOURAGE MEN TO SHARE THEIR OWN INNER STRUGGLE IN A FRIENDLY AND SUPPORTIVE ENVIRONMENT.
